Barott is a rosé sparkling wine obtained from the dosed assembly of Freisa grapes and Nebbiolo grapes.
The careful selection of the grapes and the particular vinification allow to get a fruity wine, joyful, young and lively, very pleasant for the fine but harmonious body.
Thanks to the particular production process (fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and subsequently fermentation according to the Martinotti Method), Barott is a full exaltation of fresh and young characters, with scents of fresh fruit, cherry, strawberry, raspberry and rose.
The fresh, fragrant and balanced taste with fine and persistent perlage is very pleasant as an aperitif, with appetizers and light foods and goes well with white meats, fish and shellfish. But Barott is also an excellent “spumante” to enjoy with friends at the end of a meal or to celebrate some important succes.
The minimum alcohol content is 11.50% vol. and can be appreciated at best served fresh at a temperature of about 8 - 10 ° C, 45 to 50° F.
